1. Current renewal model
All current ForU VPN plans are prepaid fixed-term plans and do not automatically renew. Customers may purchase a new plan after the current subscription expires.
2. Stopping use
You can disconnect from the service or uninstall an application at any time. Stopping use does not itself request a refund or delete your account. The refund policy explains when reimbursement may be available.
3. Refunds and account closure
To request a refund, follow the Refund Policy. To request account closure, email [email protected]. Closure and deletion requests are handled separately from refund requests and may be subject to applicable record-retention requirements.
4. Existing purchases
If you need help with an existing order, contact [email protected] with your account email and order reference. Purchases handled by another seller or app store are also subject to that channel’s account-management process.
